To Be God's Epic
Thank you so much for visiting this website. It’s my heartfelt prayer that what you find here brings encouragement and a sense of purpose to your journey.
If you desire to live as God’s Epic, it begins with one foundational truth: You must first be a child of God. By this, I’m referring to the God of historic Christianity, revealed through the pages of the Old and New Testaments in the Holy Bible. Becoming a child of God is not about religion. It’s about the relationship. It begins with accepting the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, as the sacrifice made on your behalf.
They are a sinner and their sin has separated them from a holy God.
“All have sinned and came short of the glory of God.”
Romans 3:23
Jesus paid the price from their sin.
“God commended his love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8
Sin has a cost and must be paid.
“The wages of sin is death.”
Romans 6:23
and gives that person the grace to repent, a change of mind and direction, and:
Accept Christ’s payment on their behalf by faith
“If thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.”
